ANNE M. MACFARLAND

Anne M. MacFarland joined the firm as an associate in March, 2009. She attended Ohio State University, graduating cum laude with a bachelor's degree in History in 2003. She was a scholarship student at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law where she made the Dean's List and was a member of the Law Review. Ms. MacFarland was also an active participant in moot court competitions while in law school, taking second place in both her second and third years.

Ms. MacFarland is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is also licensed to practice in Nevada's federal courts. As a recent law school graduate, Ms. MacFarland is highly trained in the latest computer technology related to legal research. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. MacFarland served as a judicial law clerk in the 9th Judicial District Court for the State of Minnesota where she gained experience in many areas of the law, including civil litigation.
